Edited!! I scanned and colored this piece of crap so it would look decent! 
It's Curt Wild and Brian Slade, in a very elegant bed, in a room with candy wallpaper, Curt is reading 'The Portrait/Picture of Dorian Gray' (I don't actually know what the correct name of the book is, please correct me x_x) and Brian is sleeping right next to him, snuggled by his side.
I don't think this follows the movie, I just thought they looked cute together.
It's based on a picture from the manga Nana by Ai Yazawa, but, alas, I can't find the picture T___T
